About Modern Seers
Moderns Seers, Inc. (formerly Abhidhyan Yoga Institute) is a soul-child of Dr. Anatole Ruslanov, a disciple of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, founder of Ananda Marga. In addition to Ra'ja'dhira'ja Yoga ("the yoga of the king of kings"), Anandamurti taught Anatole Abhidhya’na Yoga (All-Embracing Meditation). Anatole has spent many years integrating these teachings with support of several accomplished Mahayana (Zen) and Vajrayana (Tibetan) Buddhist teachers.
Ra’ja’dhira’ja Yoga is an effective and complete meditation system for superior physical health, emotional well-being, mental clarity and spiritual progress. It includes methods for preventing emerging karma and fast release of old karma (sam’skara). These powerful techniques quickly lead to realization of nondual awareness, which is the doorway to ever-present, immortal consciousness. In nondual awareness, one is fully engaged. Abhidhya’na Yoga teaches the practitioner what to do when the nondual state is reached.
Right intent is everything on the spiritual path. We do not want you to be stuck in perpetual seeking. We want you to be free. We want you to reach enlightenment in this life. This is our only mission and intention.
We believe in the authentic guru-disciple relationship. We do not believe in shopping in the spiritual supermarket. We believe that neither the teacher nor the student choose the relationship. We respect this gift from Beyond.
Our activities: individual instruction, meditation groups, classes, workshops, retreats, and communities of like-minded people.
Our main project: To open a center in North America for long-term practice of high-energy tantra yoga techniques. These practices build the microvita (spiritual force) required for efficient spiritual growth and healing. Dr. Anatole wants to test these secret teachings by treating advanced physical and psychiatric conditions.
Our organization: Modern Seers was founded by Dr. Anatole in 1991 and incorporated in 1994 as a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit religious corporation. Donors may deduct contributions to Modern Seers as provided in section 170 of the IRS Code. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
