Vortexes for healthy body
The Phase I students should follow these as guidelines. The Phase II students should attempt to become strict. The Phase III students should follow these without a compromise.
- *Hear your body: Listen to your body and be natural about your body’s needs: Eat when hungry. Sleep when sleepy. Do not eat if not hungry.
- *Meditation: Regular meditation practice is probably the best thing you can do for your health. Effective meditation helps becoming aware of your body's needs. Your body communicates with you--listen and hear.
- *Liquids: Drink lots of liquids. Drink 6-12 cups of water, juices, teas per day is good, depending on the weather. [[Drink lemon water: with salt or with honey. Master cleanser: lemon, maple syrup, cayenne pepper.]]
- Food: eat organic and well-combined meals.
- *Exercise: Exercise regularly, participate in a sport, or do physical labor.
- *Hygiene: While this might seem obvious in the 21st century, we all know people who ignore this. Follow personal hygiene. Wash your hands, food, etc. as appropriate.
If a health care professional advises you to not follow any of these Vortexes due to your health circumstances, be wise and follow his/her advice.
