Some people live their entire lives bearing grudges against relatives, friends, an entire nation. Many nations have collective grievances that they hold dear to their group consciousness. Accept these grievances and move on. By accepting your current state, you can recognize it and gradually diminish it. Don't let your small grievances become a big thing.
